Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Webbaaz (a brand owned and operated by Zokera Tech Private Limited), we strive to ensure complete client satisfaction with our software development, web applications, mobile apps, CRM solutions, and digital marketing services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms governing project cancellations and refund requests.

2. Project Scope & Milestone Deliverables

Due to the custom nature of software development and IT services, payments are structured according to agreed project proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), or milestone schedules.

• Initial deposit payments cover initial discovery, strategy, UI/UX architecture design, and resource allocation, and are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Milestone payments correspond to specific approved deliverables. Once a milestone deliverable is reviewed, signed off, or deployed, the payment for that completed milestone is non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Eligibility

Clients may request project cancellation at any time by providing written notice to contact@webbaaz.com. Upon receipt of cancellation notice:

• Work on the project will cease immediately.
• The client will be billed for hours worked or milestone deliverables completed up to the cancellation effective date.
• Any remaining unearned balance from advance deposits will be refunded to the client within 7–10 business days.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method (bank transfer, credit card, or payment gateway) within 7 to 10 business days from the refund approval date.
